1. What Blue Loop is
Blue Loop provides a best-effort ticket procurement service. We attempt to secure event tickets on your behalf. We do not guarantee that any ticket will be secured. We are not the event organiser and are not affiliated with any artist or venue unless stated.
2. Deposits and payment
Placing a preorder requires a 20% deposit, calculated on the highest- priced section you select. The deposit authorises us to attempt to secure your tickets. If we succeed, the balance is due within 72 hours. If we fail, the deposit is refunded in full within 24 hours. If you do not complete payment within 72 hours, or you release your order, the deposit converts to Blue Loop credit for future use and the tickets are released.
3. Fees
Each ticket carries the organiser's face price plus a Blue Loop service fee, both shown before payment. Re-listed (Buy Now) tickets are priced at face value plus the same standard service fee, never above.
4. Ticket delivery
Where tickets are delivered via a ticketing-account handover, the account details are made available in your Blue Loop profile after full payment. You agree not to alter the account before the event. Tickets remain subject to the event organiser's own terms and conditions.
5. Not a guarantee of entry
Event organisers set their own rules on transferability and entry. Blue Loop cannot override organiser policies and is not liable for an organiser's decision to refuse entry where that is outside our control.
6. Reviews and community reports
Reviews and any community-submitted scam reports are user-generated. Reviews are moderated before publication. Scam reports are community-submitted allegations, moderated but not independently verified by Blue Loop; see the disclaimer on that page.
