How Blue Loop works

Blue Loop is a best-effort ticket procurement service. You tell us which sections you'd accept for an event; we chase those tickets for you at the drop. It is not a guaranteed sale, but we deliberately cap how many orders we take per event, and our track record is over 90%. If we still can't get yours, you pay nothing and we make it right.

1. Choose your sections

Pick up to four sections you'd be happy with, in order of preference, and tell us how many tickets you need (seated together). Use the venue seating plan as your guide.

2. Place a 20% deposit

Each ticket is priced at face value plus a flat 25% service fee. You pay a 20% deposit of that all-in total, based on the most expensive section you chose. This deposit is what lets our team commit to chasing your tickets. If we land you a cheaper section, your remaining balance simply shrinks.

3. We chase the drop

When tickets go on sale, our team works to secure seats from your chosen sections. We only ever buy what's on our order listand we never grab extra tickets to resell.

4a. We got them → pay the balance in 72 hours

If we secure your tickets, your order updates instantly and you have 72 hours to pay the balance. Once paid, your ticket collection details appear securely in your profile, never sent by email.

4b. We couldn't → full refund + matching credit

If we can't secure your tickets, your deposit is refunded in full within 24 hours, and we add matching Blue Loop credit equal to your deposit as our apology. No fees, no fuss.

Found your own tickets, or changed your mind?

Once we've secured your seats, releasing your order (or letting the 72-hour window lapse) keeps half your deposit as Blue Loop credittoward a future order; the other half is forfeited, since we've already done the work to get those exact seats. We then release the seats so another fan can grab them. If you know you won't need them, releasing early from your order page helps another fan get in.
