Refund & credit policy

Blue Loop is a best-effort procurement service. This policy explains exactly what happens to your deposit in every scenario. You accept these terms at checkout.

If we can't secure your tickets

Your deposit is refunded in full within 24 hours of the sale, to the bank account you provide. You are charged nothing.

If we secure your tickets

You have 72 hours to pay the remaining balance. Once paid, your tickets are delivered to your profile. We send you reminders before the window closes.

If you found your own tickets, or don't pay in 72 hours

You are not charged for the tickets. Your deposit is converted to Blue Loop creditand applied automatically to a future order — it is not lost. We then release the seats so another fan can buy them at face value. You can release them early from your order page as soon as you're sorted, which helps another fan and is the friendly thing to do.

Why credit, not a cash refund, in that last case?

When we successfully secure tickets you ordered, we've done the work and committed real cost. Converting the deposit to credit (rather than keeping it, or refunding cash for work completed) is our way of keeping your money working for you while remaining sustainable. Your credit does not expire unexpectedly; if you believe credit was applied in error, contact us.

Buy Now (instant) purchases

Tickets bought outright from our Buy Now page are paid in full at purchase and delivered to your profile. Because these are already-secured tickets, all sales are final once delivered.
