Refund & credit policy

Blue Loop is a best-effort procurement service. This policy explains exactly what happens to your deposit in every scenario. You accept these terms at checkout.

If we can't secure your tickets

That one is on us. Your deposit is refunded in full within 24 hours of the sale, to the bank account you provide, and we add matching Blue Loop credit equal to your deposit on top, as our apology for the miss. You are charged nothing.

If we secure your tickets

You have 72 hours to pay the remaining balance. Once paid, your tickets are delivered to your profile. We send you reminders before the window closes.

If we secure a section cheaper than your deposit

Your deposit is 20% of your most expensive pick, so it always covers you. If we land a cheaper section whose full price is less than your deposit, your tickets are fully paid and we refund the difference to your bank account. Just confirm your bank details on your order page so we can send it.

If you release your order, or don't pay in 72 hours

By this point we have already done the work and committed real cost to secure those exact seats. So half of your deposit is kept as Blue Loop credittoward a future order, and the other half is forfeited. We then release the seats so another fan can buy them at face value. If you know you won't need them, releasing early from your order page lets another fan get in.

Why half as credit, and not a full cash refund, in that last case?

When we successfully secure tickets you ordered, we've spent time and real money getting those specific seats. Keeping half as credit (rather than refunding cash for work already completed) is what keeps the service sustainable and discourages non-serious orders, while still returning real value you can use. Your credit does not expire unexpectedly; if you believe it was applied in error, contact us.

Buy Now (instant) purchases

Tickets bought outright from our Buy Now page are paid in full at purchase and delivered to your profile. Because these are already-secured tickets, all sales are final once delivered.
