Our service fee is always 25% of the ticket price — on the biggest tour of the year exactly as on a midweek gig. It never rises with demand, sell-out speed, or hype. No surge pricing, no "hype tax," ever.
Every ticket carries the face price set by the event organiser, plus that flat 25% Blue Loop service fee. We believe in being upfront about what it's for.
Most of the fee covers getting your ticket
The majority goes toward staffing and procurement— the people and the work of actually chasing tickets at high-demand drops. This is a hands-on process, and it's what you're really paying for: the effort and expertise to secure a seat you couldn't.
The rest keeps the lights on — and helps us grow
What remains is reinvested into the service: improving our systems, raising our acceptance rate, and reaching more fans. We're building this for the long run, and a healthy service is one that can keep helping people.
The fee is always shown before you pay
At checkout, and on every Buy Now listing, the ticket face price and the service fee are shown as separate lines. There are no hidden charges and no surprise markups — the fee on a re-listed ticket is the same small service charge as a preorder, never a scalper's premium.
