Why we built Blue Loop
Blue Loop didn't start as a business. It started as a side project, born from a simple frustration: when far more fans want in than there are seats, a ticket comes down to luck in the queue, and real fans who'd give anything to be there miss out. The resale market fills that gap, but it can be a minefield, with wild prices and scammers waiting to take your money and vanish.
We thought there had to be a better way. Not to flip tickets for profit. Not to build some big money-making machine. Just to get tickets into the hands of fans who couldn't grab them in time, safely, without anyone getting scammed.
That's still the only goal. Our flat fee covers the people and the work it takes to chase these drops. Profits go back into building a better service: a higher success rate, more shows, and more fans who actually get to be there. And whatever you order, you stay in the loop the whole way: on what we secure, what you owe, and how your tickets reach you.
If we ever lose sight of that, we've lost the point of building this at all.
